Listings & Content
- Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information, including title, description, pricing, and availability.
- All images must be provided via external URLs and must not infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Listings containing false, misleading, illegal, or inappropriate content may be removed.
Platform Usage
- StayMyDay is a free platform; we do not charge fees for listing or managing properties.
- External booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) may apply their own fees and policies.
- We do not guarantee bookings, reservations, or availability.
Host & Guest Responsibility
- All booking confirmations and payments are handled on third-party platforms.
- StayMyDay is not responsible for disputes between hosts and guests.
- Users agree to resolve issues directly with the relevant party or platform.
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or remove any listing or account
that violates these terms or applicable laws.
Privacy
By using StayMyDay, you consent to the collection and use of information
as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of StayMyDay
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
