Guest safety and privacy is our priority. Guest can access the unit via Private lift/elevator that stop right in front of the door. Only guest with this specific unit access card can access this unit.

To ensure Guest's safety and privacy, our Designer Suite is a NON SHARING reservation.

Road Access
Arte+ can be easily accessed

1) Walking distance to Bus Stop. RAPID KL air-conditioned bus serves directly to/from KLCC Twin Towers.

2) Nearest train stations are Jelatek LRT (4 stops to KLCC Twin Tower) and Ampang LRT (linked to Bukit Bintang MRT)

3) 5 minutes drive to KLCC via AKLEH (Ampang KL Elevated Highway)

4) 15-30 minutes drive to KLCC via Jalan Ampang

5) MRR2 (Middle Ring Road 2) from/to KL International Airport or other cities
Other things to note
1) Guest with 5 STAR AirBnB Rating is exempted from paying room security deposit.

2) Guest with lower than 5 STAR AirBnB Rating requires to pay room security deposit RM150 during check in. Deposit will be refunded if no property or/and item damage or lost.

3) Penalty of RM100 will be charged in the event of the access card lost or damage.

4) NO SMOKING allowed inside the suite. RM150 penalty will be imposed if evident is found that guest smoking in the suite.

5) NO PARTY celebration inside the Suite. Arte+ Function Room maybe available for booking.

6) NO Pet allowed. RM150 penalty will be imposed if evident is found that guest brought in pet into the suite.

7) NO Gambling and other illegal activities.

9.2) Equipment at Super Gym are due for replacement
